Change History Migration Wizard - arbitrary Source History DB?

Change History Migration Wizard:
- can I use it to migrate Data from Source ARServerHistory61 db to ARServerHistory65 db when ARS61 and ARS65 are completly independent installs?
- can I use it to migrate Data from Source ARServerHistory61 db to ARServerHistory65 db when ARS61 and ARS65 are independent now but originally ARS65 was ugraded from Standalone ARS61 which used to be Subscriber to ARS61 (holds imported config data)?
- Can I run the Wizard few differnet times from source ARServerHistory61 db to target ARServerHistory65 db and every time bring only delata?

> The wizard (Change History Migration Wizard) merges the Management History data found in the source database with the data stored in the destination database. Note that the wizard only adds new data, keeping intact any data that already exists in the destination database. You may import your old data at any time after you have upgraded the Administration Service, without being afraid of losing any data.
