Powershell scripts not seeing ARS Cmdlets after Powershell Upgrade

I just installed Powershell v3 on the ARS server, and now when my scripts run, they all fail when trying to use the Get-Qaduser cmdlet. Any ideas? I even tried importing the module in the script, but it is still failing.
