Add Lync account creation within the new user creation process.

Hi,

Once Lync Add-on is installed you can enable Lync accounts by default, but that means the user object exists in the domain. What would be the steps to follow if I want to add the Lync account creation in my user's creation process?.

I believe I will need to add the basic requirements to the new user form, and create a QC workflow to provision the user in Lync?.
