Generate Display Name - sn Upper case

Hi,

I'd like to change user display name for user upon creation (automatically). It should be:

"SURNAME Firstname"

but the sn Attribute should be in the format: Surname. I was trying to use UCase(..."sn"...) on PreCreate but the display name does not generate in proper format.
