I'm looking for the best route to clean up computer accounts (with exclusion filters), and delete old deprovisioned user accounts. I'm looking to have a workflow that will run and send me a report of computers or users that meet our 120 day criteria. On the report I want to be able to either approve or deny the changes prior to ARS deleting anything. Is that a possibility? How would I go about doing something like that? The user accounts probably don't need to be reported on, but the computer accounts will need to be approved prior to deletion. I also want to ensure all of these deletions can be audited and reported on.
This may seem like a basic question, but I'm still a work in progress with ARS. Thanks in advance.
