Add AT to object using powershell

We are implementing Managed Service Accounts (MSA's) in our environment. For these to work they need some permissions in Active Directory so they can set their first time password etc. We have created an Access Template which contains all of these permissions.

Now we would like to add the Access Template to the MSA with a trustee and stamp it to AD using Quest ARS. I've found the cmdlet set-QARSAccessTemplateLink but I can'tget this to work.

How should I add an AT to an object using the Quest Management Shell?
