Question about "Terminal services home directory"

Hi All!

i have a questionconcerning the management of "Terminal services home directory".

whenI createa new user object, i enteredthe desired value in the field "Terminal services home directory", like this :

and when i save, the directory is not created.

but, if i entered the same value in "Home folder" field in "profile" tab :

the directory is immediately created :

this is the same behavior when i used the ARS MMC Console.

in theoposite, when I use the AD Users and Computers MMC Console, thedirectory is created inthetwocases.

is there a way to have the same behavior in the 2 cases : when i use Terminal services home directory or Home folder ?
