Join computer to domain

Hi all,

What's the process with ARS Web interface to join a computer to Domain ?

I tried this :

-I added a new field "This computer can be joined by" on the new computer web form.

-I specified a group "Join_Domain_Group" who can join the computer to the domain

-I have an IT technician that is member of this group.


Is my IT technician allowed to join the computer specified ?

I mean if my technian log on to the machine, will he be able to join the computer to the domain ?

Or I have to give the permission "join computer to the domain" to the group I specified "Join_Domain_Group" using Active Directory ?
