I'm trying to follow the documentation for using ADSI.NET but can't seem to get the ADS_EDMSERVER_BIND info to work. Maybe I'm missing something. I added the dll's and everything listed in the instructions. I am trying to use my desktop though. Maybe I should have this running on a server? Anyone with experience with this please help. Thanks.

To ensure that the provider will connect to the specified service, the AuthenticationType property of the DirectoryEntry object must be set to ADS_EDMSERVER_BIND=32768.
To specify the credentials with which to access an ActiveRoles service, set the UserName and Password properties of the DirectoryEntry object to the appropriate user login and password. When those properties are not set, the provider will connect to the ActiveRoles service using the current user's credentials.
