Add tree view in "form task"

Hello,

My goal is to integrate the command used to move object into my custom form task.

The scenario is as follows: I already created a custom form task for provisioning user account. In that form I have tochoose the OU wherethe userhas to be placed, and i would like to choose that OU in a tree view, something like "browse for folder" (see attached image)

Currently i'm using the edsvaParentDN attribute and a managed unit to display folders and perform search, but it would be more efficientif we had some kind of graphical menu from wich to choose OU.
