set Attestation Review programmatically for many groups?

does ARS provide API to set Attestation Review programmatically?
I have 1K+ groups to be set for Attestation Review. The logic and grouping is complex. So I need Script which will take as input CSV file with format <Group,Attestation Manager,Supervisor> => binds to
CN=Attestation Review,CN=Policies,CN=Configuration
and creates/schedules all Attestation Reviews.
