ARS can mange OCS and now Lynx attributes - which is a good for my organization. Is there any capability/plan to expose presence information for users presented in a form view/search view. i.e. Next to the little user icon - or layered over the icon a representation of the users connection status? Live, away, offline - etc ... ?
I can see this being very helpful for the helpdesk group - which is the largest consumer of our services.
Would this be a geewhiz enhancement request type deal ? Or an ARS add-on capability? I would think it could / should be configurable as a feature an ars admin could turn on / off in global settings if they based on need.
